16 mm film, 11 minutes, 1966, Marty Allen & Steve Rossi at a
Paramount Studios Luncheon for the signing of their contract prior to the
making/release of 'The Last of the Secret Agents?'
Howard W. Koch (studio vice president) introduces this
announcement/interview for the members of the world press and
representatives of television and radio......then points to a red barbers
chair which is on the stage..(must be for Marty!) ....Marty & Steve are
late, they eventually arrive with a motorcycle police escort in a red,
chauffeured, British Daimler (reg # VE 2), 2 door, right hand drive
convertible (probably a Hooper
Empress).....Steve kisses the beautiful blonde chauffeuress before
appearing on stage with Marty...Howard W. Koch introduces Marty and Steve to
the audience. Marty says to Howard, "I've come here to invite you to
the opening of my new Jewish discotheque", Howard replies, "What
is it called?" Marty says "Let my people go go"... ...Marty
and Steve tell a few jokes together then take questions from the press.....
.Steve Rossi then sings live "All The Way" to rapturous
applause.........Steve and Marty are then asked to sign the contract, which
is visible on the staged 'Paramountain', Marty and Steve climb the stairs up
the Paramountain, Marty then waves a red "Allen & Rossi" flag
and claims the Paramountain.....
